Frank Sanchez co-founded SDF Capital, where he leads the firm's overall investment strategy, property acquisitions and dispositions. His background spans residential brokerage, investment sales and fund management, with specialized expertise acquiring and repositioning single-family and multifamily assets.

Over the course of his career Frank has been involved in more than 10,000 real estate transactions and has personally acquired over 250 single-family homes, primarily across New York and Connecticut. A seasoned fund manager, he previously led SDF Capital Fund I as well as Deal House Capital Fund I and Fund II — vehicles focused strictly on residential fix-and-flip strategies.

Before co-founding SDF Capital, Frank was an owner and Managing Director at one of Manhattan's premier brokerage firms, where he oversaw its three largest offices and trained a network of more than 1,000 sales agents. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from Iona University in New Rochelle, NY, where he lives with his wife and three children.

Larry Friedman co-founded SDF Capital, where he heads financial structuring for property acquisitions and oversees construction management. He specializes in the acquisition and strategic repositioning of distressed single-family assets throughout New York and Connecticut.

To date, Larry has been instrumental in acquiring more than $40 million in single-family residential assets. His fund management experience includes SDF Capital Fund I alongside Deal House Capital Fund I and Fund II.

Previously a principal and co-founder of one of New York City's premier brokerage firms, he helped grow it from a startup into a top-10 NYC brokerage with a network of over 500 agents. Larry began his career on Wall Street in equity research at PaineWebber, UBS Warburg and Bear Stearns, and as an accountant in the financial services group at Ernst & Young. A Certified Public Accountant, he holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University at Albany and has passed Levels I and II of the CFA examination. A native New Yorker from Flushing, Queens, he lives on the Upper East Side with his wife and three children.
